Your Questions Answered

Service and Collections

BINOUT is a convenient weekly service where we put your bins out the night before collection and return them after collection. Our team currently covers Great Kingshill, Widmer End, Hazlemere and Holmer Green.

How does the BINOUT wheelie bin service work in Great Kingshill, Widmer End, Hazlemere and Holmer Green?

What time will you put my bins out and bring them back?

We put bins out between 8am–8pm the day before your council collection day and return them after the bins have been emptied.

Do you offer bin putting out services in any other areas?

We currently operate in Hazlemere as well as Great Kingshill, Widmer End and Holmer Green. If you’re outside this area, you can join our Expansion Wishlist and we’ll let you know when we launch near you. This can be found on our homepage at the bottom.

How much does the BINOUT service cost?

Our subscription starts at £10 per month for a single bin, with small add-ons for extra bins. Even with five bins, the maximum is just £18 per month.

Pricing & Payments

Do I need to pay for a year upfront?

No – BINOUT works on a flexible rolling 4 week subscription. Customers can cancel at any time.

How do I set up payments?

Payments are set up securely via our secure payment platform, meaning your monthly subscription is automated and hassle-free.

Do you offer a free trial for new customers?

Yes! New households can enjoy a 2-week free trial of the BINOUT service, with no obligation to continue.

More Information

What if I’m away on holiday – do I still need to pay?

Yes, BINOUT is a rolling subscription service. At least you know your bin is going out while you're away 😉

What if the council doesn’t empty my bin?

BINOUT is responsible for putting bins out and returning them, but we cannot guarantee council collections. If your bin is missed by the council, you will need to contact them directly.

How can I contact BINOUT if I have a problem?

You can reach us via our Contact Form or call our dedicated support number. We also provide a QR code sticker on your bin for quick access to our support page.

What happens if BINOUT can’t access my bin on bin collection day?

If we are unable to put your bin out because of access issues – for example, a locked gate, a dog in the garden, or an obstruction – our team will leave an OOPS card through your door explaining the reason. This way you’ll always know why the service couldn’t be completed.

Do I need to remember my bin day with BINOUT?

No – BINOUT takes care of that for you. We track your council’s bin collection schedule and make sure your bins are out on the right day and returned afterwards, so you’ll never miss bin day again.

Can BINOUT help if my bins are too heavy or difficult to move?

Yes – part of the convenience of BINOUT is that we handle bins of all sizes, even when they’re heavy or awkward to wheel. This is especially helpful for steep driveways, elderly residents, or anyone who finds wheelie bins hard to manage.
