  • Payment data is handled exclusively by GoCardless Ltd, who are FCA-regulated and PCI-compliant.

  • We use Wix to host the website and capture your signup forms securely.

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any third parties.

  • If legally required, we may share your data with law enforcement or regulators.

5. Data Retention

  • We retain your customer records for up to 6 years after service cancellation for financial and legal auditing purposes.

  • You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, unless we are legally obligated to retain it.
